Terms of Use for Quick Khmer Keyboard

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Quick Khmer Keyboard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
The App is provided free of charge. The App's source code is distributed under the MIT License; these terms govern your use of the distributed application itself.
3. Use of the App
The App is a keyboard extension and companion application that converts typed Latin text into Khmer. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code except as permitted by law;
- use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or
- misrepresent the App's origin or claim affiliation with its developer.
4. No data collection
The App does not collect, transmit, or share personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Third-party links
The App contains links to external websites, including the developer's coaching service at coach.henrychea.com. Those sites are operated independently and are not covered by these terms.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its Khmer transliterations will always be accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to these terms
The developer may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
